Going back to my new art, I was guested at some of the most popular TV programmes such as “Buona Domenica” on channel 5 with Maurizio Costanzo, at “Domenica In”, a programme on Channel 1 with Carlo Conti and many other TV apparitions for “Unomattina” and “In Famiglia”.
I’ve been studying and renewing my art trying to advertising it all over the world.
Very often I create fruit sculptures just to satisfy my crave for them. At that time some new ideas come out and I manage to improve the technique me myself I look for when I create a fruit sculpture.
Dating back to 1994 I developed my web site www.fruitsculptures.it spreading all over the world this new art. Thanks to internet many people knew about this art and they imported my name to their countries.
Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Barcellona discovered and appreciated my art that is why I am going to nourish these realtionships and some others where my art can be appreciated starting from Italy, otherwise we cannot talk about “Made in Italy”.

My next aim is to create a school of “Fruit Sculptures Papillon Method By Mr Paolo Pachetti – Italy”among the hills of my beloved Tuscany.
Thanks to the online sale of my DVDs (multimedial manuals) many pupils are learning my art but they are not necessarily barmen, cooks or confectioners. All of them love art.
